For starters, the very nature of nonstick cookware lends itself to cooking a wide range of dishes in a variety of pans, pots and trays without the underlying problems with food sticking to the base especially when things get a little hot!
Frying is often a major hazard when using traditional cookware that has a tendency to cause food to stick when the oil or frying medium gets very hot, as is the case in dishes such as Chinese stir fry, or Indian curries.
